Always Here, Always Ahead
At Magister, in the heart of Kremasti, we grill meats we choose with care over an open fire, and we cook hearty meals prepared daily with love. As much as we can, we work with local ingredients from small producers of Rhodes: meat, olive oil, cheeses and vegetables from the area. Our pantry is filled with the best products from across Greece, sausages, meats, wines, craft beers, and we bring them to your table with pride, knowing we do the very best we can.
Magister is our family's idea of hospitality. This building always housed either a taverna or a grocery (the village inn of its day), and someone from our family was always here, offering wine, coffee and good things to eat. Our modern story begins in 1977, when the Koala Bar gave shape to the dreams of the family's new generation. Later, as Magister, with respect for the family tradition, the fire keeps burning and the tables fill with laughter and happy faces, our guests.
